Welcome to Next Level Athletic Recruiting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and any related content. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility: Our services are intended for student-athletes, their parents or guardians, and college coaches. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Scope of Services NLAR is contracted to assist Athlete in obtaining scholarship offers for Athlete’s chosen sport. The services provided by NLAR include, but are not limited to:
- Athletic Evaluation
- Producing videos of Athlete’s performance and showcasing Athlete’s strengths for submission to prospective schools
- Developing a Nutritional Plan for optimal athletic performance
- Initial contact with college recruiters and coaches via phone in the appropriate division based on Athlete’s performance and academics
- Secondary email contact in response to any correspondence or if no reciprocity has occurred from Athlete’s/NLAR’s schools of choice
- Participation in scholarship negotiations and meetings with college recruiters and scouts
User Responsibilities: Users agree to provide accurate information and to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Payment and Refunds: All payments made for our services are non-refundable, as detailed in our No Refund Policy. Payment terms are outlined during the enrollment process.
Scholarship Possibility: While we strive to identify and provide information about scholarship opportunities, we do not guarantee that every athlete will receive a scholarship. The availability of scholarships is subject to various factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property: All content provided by Next Level Athletic Recruiting, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Next Level Athletic Recruiting and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Media and Privacy: By utilizing NLAR Services, users consent to being photographed, recorded, or featured in media content for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
Personal information collected during the registration process will be used strictly for NLAR Services-related activities and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability: Next Level Athletic Recruiting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
